PAYMENT TERMS:

 

RDLC Irrevocable, transferable, documentary and revolving payments through letter of credit transferable for the duration of the contract payable 100% at seller's sight for each shipment and confirmed by a top 50 world bank. A BG is also required for the last two months of contract and must be issued at the beginning of the contract.

 

OR

 

The Buyer shall open an Irrevocable, Confirmed, Transferable, Divisible, Stand by Letter of Credit or BG blocked with MT760 equal to two month delivery value as guarantee and payment by TT per each delivery issued and confirmed by Top World Prime Bank.
